Hyde Lane is a completed 13-storey mixed-use development in Te Aro comprising 150 residential apartments and three commercial units. Designed by Designgroup Stapleton Elliott for Thames Pacific, the building responds to the Courtenay Place heritage context with a brick-clad podium and contemporary glazed upper levels. A public laneway links the development to Courtenay Place, while resident amenities include an indoor pool, sauna, gymnasium and garden terrace. The project was completed in 2024, with final penthouse units remaining.
