About

The name The One is about how we work. It doesn't mean being number one. It means working together.

When we work with a developer, we don't see ourselves as a separate business sitting outside the project. We work alongside the development team, share ideas, share the challenges and work towards the same outcome.

We believe good property projects are built through good people, trust and long-term relationships. We bring our property experience, international relationships, distribution network and technology to the table — and work with our partners to make things happen.

Different strengths. One team. One shared goal.
