Mark brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, finance and property, with extensive experience in New Zealand and international markets.

As a Director of The One, Mark focuses on developer relationships, strategic opportunities, international markets and connecting New Zealand property with overseas buyers, investors and capital.

Erica leads marketing and campaign coordination across The One's projects. Her experience includes Conrad Properties Group, Colliers International and international sales coordination. She works with the team to make sure projects are positioned clearly and presented professionally in each market.

Joanne leads The One's international distribution.

She works with overseas distribution partners and market representatives, helping selected New Zealand projects reach buyers and investors in international markets.

Winnie leads The One Real Estate's Greater China operations, overseeing investor relationships, market strategy, and on-the-ground execution across the region.

Andrea leads business development in the United States.

She develops the AIP system for the American market and works with partners on specialised Golden Visa programmes, helping create new connections between international investors and New Zealand opportunities.

Racee supports the Director and wider team, helping coordinate priorities, communications and day-to-day business activities.

Michelle keeps the day-to-day business running smoothly, coordinating administration, finance, systems and project support across the team.

Hayley looks after client and partner relationships and helps make sure communication stays clear and consistent throughout the project and buyer journey.

Adam supports the technology and digital systems behind the business, including the tools we use for communication, marketing, data and project operations.
