Located near Grand Hirafu, the project is planned with an all-day dining restaurant, indoor pool, hot mineral onsen bath, sauna, fitness facilities, ski lockers, business and meeting spaces, an on-site convenience store and shuttle service to the ski lifts. The building topped out in December 2025 and interior finishing is underway, with hotel operations expected to commence in December 2026. Units are currently being sold.
