Selo is a master-planned urban village in Glen Eden comprising 236 two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses and a commercial precinct. Designed by BDG Architects, the development uses varied terrace groupings, pitched roofs and complementary brick and weatherboard palettes to create distinct streets and homes within a coherent neighbourhood. Shared amenities include a community orchard, play park and landscaped communal spaces. The homes were sold over two stages, Selo and Jabuka, including 28 KiwiBuild homes, and the development was completed in 2023.
