Symphony Residences is a collection of 78 luxury private homes crowning Symphony Centre, a 21-storey mixed-use, transit-oriented development above Te Waihorotiu Station in Auckland's Aotea Arts Quarter. Designed by Woods Bagot, the residences combine generous living spaces and expansive city and harbour views with resident amenities including a fully equipped gym, private cinema and refined communal areas. The wider development brings together residential, commercial, retail and hospitality uses, with a distinctive glass-reinforced concrete facade inspired by Waitemata sandstone and featuring a poutama pattern by artist Graham Tipene. Developed by MRCB with RCP, the residences launched for sale in March 2025 and have a target completion of 2029.
