Wolfe Heritage Hotel is a proposed luxury hotel development at 30–36 Fanshawe Street in Auckland's downtown waterfront precinct. The project reimagines the protected Fosters Chandlery site, built in 1907, and is currently presented as comprising approximately 128 hotel rooms, including heritage rooms, deluxe rooms and suites. Planned amenities include a rooftop pool and spa, restaurant and bar, sauna, business facilities and 24-hour hotel services. Hotel units are currently being marketed to wholesale investors. The project's final design, room count, materials, amenities and programme remain subject to approvals and may change.
